Each member brings unique skills and unwavering dedication to our collective mission. Together, they strive to create a harmonious environment that echoes the principles of peace.

Reverend Dr. Jay Macklin is the founder of the Macklin Wisdom School and founding Executive Director of Stop the Violence Coalition, Inc./ Academy for Peace. With many years of experience in government, ministry, banking, education and nonprofit leadership, she has become a sought-out mentor and a voice for community empowerment. She has earned degrees, BS in Secondary Education, and BA, MA, Th.D. in Theology Education. Locally, she serves on the ministerial team of Dr. Edward Cross of New Community Church, in Wilmington, Delaware.

Tasha Woodard is a seasoned professional with an impressive 13-year tenure in the demanding banking industry, and decade of dedicated service in human services. Notably, she played a pivotal role at the United Cerebral Palsy of Delaware. There, Tasha provided invaluable case management services to a diverse clientele, including individuals grappling with outpatient drug and alcohol rehabilitation, mental health challenges, and disabilities. Her unwavering passion for serving the disability community is evident in her commitment to making a meaningful impact in the lives of those facing unique challenges.

Nyemade Boiwu is an award winning writer, speaker, and digital content strategist. With a 16-year tenure at Bank of America in diverse leadership and training roles, she brings a wealth of expertise to her ventures. As an entrepreneur, she delivers impactful training workshops, compelling presentations, and develops tailored content for businesses. Nyemade leverages her robust social media presence, exceeding 22,000 followers across multiple platforms, to offer valuable business consultations and collaborations focused on optimizing social media strategies.

A native of Camden, NJ and a proud alumna of Rutgers University, Latoya Brat-Richards is a dynamic individual whose commitment to community and the arts fuels her purpose. She is the founder and driving force behind Fashion Steppers, a youth step group that captivates audiences through spirited performances at community events and parades. Her leadership not only fosters artistic expression but also empowers the younger generation to become influential members of their community.
